Lavander tea / oil


Lavender is a plant with a strong and beautiful smell that can be consumed in the form of tea or in the form of oil for the skin.

Lavender oil can be used in the evening during a warm bath because the smell of this herb helps you relax.

Lavender tea is a powerful "sedative".

-it can reduce anxiety and depression

-it improves the quality of sleep

-it can help with menstrual cramps

Does lavender have any side effects?

Lavender tea is not recommended for allergic people.

A few tricks for a peaceful sleep


- Avoid coffee and cigarettes before bedtime

- Stop eating very late / avoid sweets and juices before bedtime





- Create a sleep schedule (this will help you fall asleep at the same hours, even on weekends)

- Maintains an optimal temperature in the room, not too hot but not too cold
