Put the ingredients below in a blender and mix them.


1. Cucumbers


Cucumbers are composed of 96% water, so they are essential for hydration.They reduce blood sugar, are rich in nutrients, contain antioxidants and help regulate digestion.

2. Garlic


Garlic helps the body in the fight against colds and flu.Garlic can destroy bacterias, is a good antioxidant, anti-inflammatory,fighting against cancer cells,prevents diabetes, etc.

3. Ginger


Ginger is also important in our diet.

4. The apple cider vinegar

Recipe :

1/2 Cucumber peeled

2 Garlic Cloves peeled

1/2 Inch of Ginger peeled

1 Tablespoonn of Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoonn of Walter

A little bit of Cayenne pepper

A little bit of honey


All mixed will make your day better and you will be safe against cold,flu,bacterian disease and most important,this will boost your immune system and will be by maximum.
